Rotary Control Valve Line Described In New Brochure

MARSHALLTOWN, IOWA, February, 1999 . . . . . Fisher Controls International LLC has issued a new brochure entitled, "Vee-Ball® Rotary Control Valve. A Single, Highly Efficient Rotary Valve to Meet a Variety of Applications." The ten-page overview document reveals new innovations to what has become the industry standard in characterized ball valve design. page_11b.jpg (20701 bytes)

The brochure highlights reasons why the Vee-Ball valve brings significant money and timesaving benefits to process control applications involving such fluids as gas, steam, clean or dirty liquids, or abrasive or fibrous slurries. These reasons include the secure ball-to-shaft connection which eliminates lost motion and ensures accurate ball positioning, the Vee-Ball valve’s heavy-duty ball seal construction, new drop-in shaft bearings (patent pending), choices of V-notch ball design, and a selection of shaft packing systems.

Details are provided on actuators and accessories available for the Vee-Ball valve, which includes the innovative FIELDVUE® Digital Valve Controller. Product data, including pressure ratings, maximum flow coefficients, and fluid compatibility guidelines, round out the brochure’s coverage.

For additional information on the new Vee-Ball rotary control valve and for a free copy of the new brochure, contact Fisher Controls International LLC or any of its sales or sales-representative offices.
